Change of Mind or Returns

  • Full-price items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items can be returned for a store credit (valid for 12 months).

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 


 

📦 How to Return

  1. Please email us at hello.shophls@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +61 468 920 893 within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or credit note within 3–5 business days.

 


 

❗Important Notes

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

  • Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable, as they are specially made just for you — but if you have any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
