Change of Mind or Returns

Full-price items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Sale items can be returned for a store credit (valid for 12 months).

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
📦 How to Return

Please email us at hello.shophls@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +61 468 920 893 within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or credit note within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable, as they are specially made just for you — but if you have any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
