Returns and Exchange Policy


Returns & Exchanges:

Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Beyond this 7 day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items purchased on sale or during flash sales or promotional sales including promotional discount codes can only be exchanged for a credit note or products of equal or greater value, if there is a sizing issue.

Please note some sale items are final sale. These items will say "final sale" on the product page and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note. 

After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this. 

Returns check list:

— Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn, altered, damaged, marked, sprayed with perfume or washed.

— Please ensure all products are exactly as you received them including all tags attached.

*Please note we have the right to refuse your return if any of the above are present on inspection.

Other things to know:

You will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service. We take no responsibility for lost or unreceived items. Refunds will not apply in this instance. 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will contact you confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the garment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping costs.
