1. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 48–72 hours and express orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

2. Who do you use for shipping?

All our parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at [insert contact method].

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you have any questions about international shipping, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

5. What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We do our best to ship quickly, but once your parcel is with Australia Post or another carrier, we are not responsible for delays on their end. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it directly on the Australia Post website.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

9. Can I shop in person?

Yes! We have a studio located in Melbourne at:
3/33 Point Cook Road, Seabrook VIC
Please note: Visits are by appointment only. Contact us to book a time that suits you.

10. Is your entire collection available on the website?

No, our pieces are handcrafted and not standardised, so not everything is listed online. A lot of our styles are exclusively available at our studio or are shared on our Instagram.

If you see something you like on Instagram, simply send us a screenshot, and we can arrange your order via bank transfer. You’re welcome to reach out with any questions through WhatsApp or Instagram DMs—we’re happy to help!

11. Can you customise outfits?

Yes, we absolutely can! We specialise in handcrafted designs, and we love working closely with you to create stunning custom outfits tailored to your style, vision, and needs. Whether it's for a special occasion or something unique just for you, we're here to bring your ideas to life.
